Role Description

Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. (BFW) is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, India. This leader will develop and oversee supply chain strategies, ensure optimal procurement practices, manage vendor relationships, and lead operational excellence across sourcing activities. The role includes streamlining supply chain operations, enhancing inventory management, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency. Effective team leadership and collaboration with cross-functional departments are essential to deliver measurable business impact and innovation in line with BFW's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management, including planning and optimization, to ensure efficient operations.
• Strong skills in Imports Exports and Logistics Management, with a focus on streamlining processes and maximizing productivity.
• Experience in Procurement to ensure cost-effective and quality sourcing practices.
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership to manage, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term Customer Service and vendor/customer relationships.
• Strategic problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and technology for supply chain optimization is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with industry-specific requirements for manufacturing, particularly CNC or advanced manufacturing, is beneficial.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
