ROLE
We are seeking a Head of Strategic Finance to lead Zolve's financial vision and strategic roadmap. This is a leadership role at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, responsible for ensuring capital efficiency, profitability, and data-driven growth while partnering closely with the founders and leadership team. The role demands a strategic thinker with operational rigor, capable of balancing immediate execution with long-term growth initiatives in a fast-growing, globally oriented fintech.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A), ensuring accurate budgeting, scenario modeling, and data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
Partner with business, product, and growth teams to monitor unit economics, profitability, and ROI, enabling informed strategic decisions.
Lead strategic projects, including new product evaluation, cross-border expansion, investment analysis, and potential M&A opportunities.
Manage investor relations and board reporting, translating financial data into actionable insights and coherent narratives.Build and mentor a high-performing finance and strategy team, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and collaboration.
Ensure timely statutory, internal, and audit compliance across entities while maintaining operational agility.
Qualifications
CA / CPA / MBA (Tier-1 institute preferred).
1015 years of post-qualification experience in strategic finance, FP&A or similar roles, preferably in fintech, cross-border banking, or high-growth startups.
Proven expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, and capital management.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; comfortable working in a cross- geography and fast-paced environments.
Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or M&A is highly desirable.
