About this opportunity:
We are now looking for the Head of ARP Category Sourcing within the NWS Category Sourcing in MOAI region to Implement and drive category strategy, securing a category supplier base that supports current and future business needs (BA & MA). Successful achievement of implemented Strategy enables correct and sustainable supplier / partner risk, cost and demand management whilst securing quality and compliance demands.
What you will do:
- Define and drive sourcing category vision, strategy, and related targets in alignment with stakeholders and Global category strategies
- Develop Sourcing CU and stakeholder's category competence by sharing category knowledge (best practices, business intelligence, new solutions etc.)
- Drive solutions and support to CU Sourcing Business Partners through Sourcing Procurement Boards participation in line with category strategies
- Drive supplier performance through strategic reviews, innovation, and PSL optimization.
- Drive and support the execution of category wide savings and OKRs, including Full Potential, Simplified Cost Reduction (SCR) and Cost Avoidance savings initiatives in the Networks and Managed Services (MS) categories related to CWF
- Develop the category business model & define best practices
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with the Global Category managers
The skills you bring:
- Education: A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
- 710 years in category strategy roles.
- Proven track record leading supplier negotiations and influencing category outcomes.
- Demonstrated a strong understanding of Ericsson Business and delivery model
- Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
- Analytics driven engagement and Business Modelling Skills
- Commercial and Financial Acumen & Skills
