Head of Software Engineering RCM
We're building MEDAURA, a next-gen Healthcare ERP & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform.
We're looking for a Head of Software Engineering to lead the complete RCM technology roadmap, product architecture, development, and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering for RCM modules (claims, billing, coding, authorizations, insurance workflows)
- Architect and own RCM system design, scalability, performance, and security
- Build and mentor the engineering team with strong focus on RCM product delivery
- Ensure secure, compliant (HIPAA/GDPR/FHIR) RCM data handling
- Drive sprint planning, code quality, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for RCM + ERP
Nice to Have
- Experience with RCM workflows, GCC insurance rules, CPT/ICD codes, claims processing
- Multi-tenant SaaS experience
- Startup/scale-up background
