The Head of Software Engineering is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing a team of developers, offering technical guidance, and fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality products. This role also encompasses overseeing enterprise-level architecture, driving innovation, and ensuring timely delivery of development projects.

• Proven expertise in Software Development and experience with modern development technologies and methodologies.
• Strong background in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to drive high-performance teams and mentor engineers.
• Experience in Project Management, including delivering complex software solutions on time and within scope.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture, ensuring scalable and efficient software system design.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving innovation.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within a SaaS, AI, or CRM-focused company is highly beneficial.
