Eximius Next is a budding boutique BPM firm serving both large and SMEs clients across F&A (AP, AR, R2R), Payroll, and Supply Chain.
We're looking for astrong Service Delivery Leaderto own our operations engine.
This role is for aplayer-coachwho:
Owns SLA adherence end-to-end
Runs disciplined daily delivery routines
Handles client escalations before they reach leadership
Builds SOP libraries and automation use cases
Drives transparency through dashboards and metrics
If you have812 years in BPM/F&A, strong client governance experience, and a hands-on mindset we should talk.
