Role Overview

The Client Experience Manager will lead our efforts to deliver a white-glove service experience for our High Net-Worth clients. This role goes beyond sales it is about relationship stewardship, trust-building, and ensuring every client feels valued and understood. You will be the bridge between clients, our sales team, and builder partners, ensuring a premium experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end client journey from first meeting through purchase, documentation, possession, and after-sales support.
  • Act as the trusted advisor for all clients, providing curated recommendations and tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with builder partners, legal advisors, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
  • Anticipate client needs, resolve concerns proactively, and deliver a discreet, confidential, and seamless experience.
  • Organize and host exclusive client engagement events, walkthroughs, and community-building initiatives.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, positioning the agency as their go-to partner for premium real estate.
  • Provide insights to leadership on client expectations, market sentiment, and opportunities for enhancing the luxury experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in handling HNI clients in luxury real estate, wealth advisory, private banking, or premium hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sophisticated client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes (preferred, not mandatory).
  • A polished, professional presence with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
  • Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Adept at relationship management tools/CRM platforms.
