Job Description

Role Overview:

1. Revenue & Growth Ownership

• Own and drive Pan-India revenue targets across regions

• Build a strong pipeline of enterprise and corporate clients

• Deliver consistent top-line growth, margin improvement, and scalability

2. Corporate Client Management

• Lead acquisition of large corporate accounts and strategic partnerships

• Drive B2B sales, institutional tie-ups, and long-term contracts

• Strengthen relationships with CXOs and decision-makers

3. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and scale a Pan-India BD team

• Define KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks

• Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture

4. Market Expansion & Strategy

• Identify new markets, cities, and opportunities

• Execute GTM strategies

• Track competition and pricing trends

5. Sales Process & Governance

• Build strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility

• Improve forecasting and conversion ratios

• Ensure structured reviews and reporting

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with operations, marketing, product, finance

• Ensure seamless client on-boarding and servicing

• Align strategy with execution

Required Skills:

• 10–18+ years in Business Development / Sales Leadership

• Good understanding of enterprise sales & revenue growth

• Experience managing teams

• Strong corporate sales exposure into Travels

• Ability to close large deals and build partnerships

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinker with execution excellence
