Head of Sales – APAC (Healthcare Logistics)

Location: Singapore

Are you a commercially driven leader ready to step into a regional role within healthcare logistics

We are seeking a Head of Sales – APAC to lead and grow a high-performing commercial team across South APAC, driving revenue across healthcare logistics, pharmaceutical supply chains, and medical device distribution.

This is a player-coach leadership role, combining team management with strategic business development across key markets including Australia, Singapore, and India.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop a regional sales team across APAC (10–15+ reports)
  • Drive revenue growth across:
  • Healthcare logistics
  • Medical device distribution
  • Commercial pharmaceutical supply chains
  • Act as a player-coach:
  • 80% leadership / 20% strategic sales
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and secure large, strategic (whale) accounts
  • Coach and mentor Business Development Managers across multiple countries
  • Collaborate with global leadership on regional performance and strategy
  • Build pipeline visibility, forecasting, and commercial discipline
  • Represent the organisation across key client engagements and leadership forums

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within healthcare logistics, pharma, or supply chain or happy to consider someone looking to take a step up.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving new business growth
  • Background in: Pharma Services, Healthcare logistics
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on leader (player-coach)
  • Strong stakeholder management across global teams
  • Ambition and motivation to step into a high-growth leadership role
