About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Training to build and lead sales training programs that improve team performance, shorten onboarding time, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales teams
- Identify performance gaps using sales data and coaching insights
- Create sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials
- Partner with Sales and leadership teams to align training with goals
- Track training effectiveness through performance metrics
- Improve sales processes to enhance conversions
Requirements
- 5–7 years in Sales Training or Sales Enablement
- Experience with inside sales or telesales teams
- Background in EdTech or startup environment preferred
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
