Job Title: Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Overview
The Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales will lead end-to-end real estate sales operations for Sood Infra, including team leadership, channel partner management, revenue achievement, funnel tracking, and driving on-ground + digital conversions. The role demands a strong closer with strategic planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Revenue & Sales Operations
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets for all projects.
Manage complete sales funnel from lead site visit booking documentation.
Monitor channel partner performance and drive consistent booking flow.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline forecasting.
3. Channel Partner & Broker Engagement
Build strong relationships with active channel partners.
Conduct partner meets, training sessions, and incentive programs.
4. Customer Management
Handle high-value clients from enquiry to deal closure.
Conduct negotiations, financial discussions, and agreement completion.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain accurate revenue dashboards and conversion metrics.
Support management with MIS reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
6. Collaboration
Work with marketing for lead generation and campaign alignment.
Coordinate with CRM & Documentation team for paperwork completion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue & Performance
Monthly revenue achievement (% target achieved).
Number of bookings closed per month.
Contribution % from direct vs. channel partner sales.
Funnel KPIs
Lead-to-visit conversion rate.
Visit-to-booking conversion rate.
Follow-up TAT and call connect ratio.
Team KPIs
Team target achievement ratio.
Training hours & performance improvement metrics.
Partner KPIs
Active channel partners onboarding per month.
Partner-led revenue contribution.
Experience & Skills Required
712 years experience in real estate sales.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking.
Proven track record of achieving 15 Cr monthly revenue.
Excellent communication and CRM knowledge.
2. Project Manager (On-Site) Sood Infra
Job Title: Project Manager (On-Site)
Department: Projects & Construction
Location: Chhindwara (On-Site)
Reporting To: Director / Senior Project Head
Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee site operations, construction quality, timelines, material management, contractor coordination, and safety compliance for Sood Infra's residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Project Execution
Ensure on-site construction activities meet timelines and quality standards.
Daily monitoring of progress, contractor tasks, and labour productivity.
2. Quality Control
Implement construction quality SOPs.
Check materials, structure, finishing, and safety standards.
3. Planning & Scheduling
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
Update management with project progress reports.
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Manage contractors, vendors, labour teams, and material procurement.
Ensure compliance with BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
5. Site Administration
Maintain site logs, attendance, material inventory, and BOQ comparison.
Coordinate inspections and approvals from authorities (if required).
6. Health & Safety
Enforce safety protocols, equipment usage, and compliance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timeline KPIs
% completion vs. planned schedule.
Number of delay days (should be minimal).
Daily and weekly task completion rate.
Quality KPIs
Rework percentage.
Number of quality audit issues identified.

Experience & Skills Required
510 years on-site construction management experience.
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP, BOQ, and safety norms.
Capable of handling labour, vendor, and site teams independently.
