Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Head of Sales will lead the sales function for villa plots, apartment flats, and villas, setting targets, building sales plans, and driving execution across multiple projects. The role includes managing and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation and follow-up, conducting site visits with prospective buyers, negotiating and closing high-value deals, and ensuring accurate documentation in coordination with legal and operations teams. The Head of Sales will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and senior leadership to forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and shape go-to-market strategies that support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including nurturing long-term client relationships and managing key accounts and channel partners.
- Proven Team Management experience, including hiring, coaching, motivating, and evaluating sales teams.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in residential real estate sales in Bengaluru or similar markets is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
