  • People Performance Management: Build, mentor, and develop a top-tier sales team, ensuring professional growth and continuous improvement.

Who Are We Looking For

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and closing high-value enterprise deals .
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales strategy, operations, and CRM management .
  • Experience in enterprise client-facing roles , with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • EdTech industry experience is a plus .
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
