Job Description

  • Define and execute the India B2B sales strategy, aligned with global growth objectives
  • Own revenue targets and drive enterprise sales across agri-input and agribusiness organizations
  • Convert existing leads into commercial contracts and personally close high-value deals
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key strategic customers
  • Design scalable sales processes, including CRM systems, KPIs, and pipeline management
  • Establish pricing frameworks, contract structures, and governance models
  • Drive account growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business development teams
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the business scales
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating market needs into product and commercial insights

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership, within agri-input or agribusiness companies
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in complex, enterprise sales environments
  • Strong network within the agriculture ecosystem and experience engaging CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-value solutions with long sales cycles
  • Expertise in pricing, contracting, and structured sales processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working across geographies, with strong familiarity with the Indian market
