Build a competent and communicative team and develop competences both individually
and as a team.
3. Deliver the needed Sales services.
Maintains an overview of the progress of the Project Sales Managers by means of pipeline reporting, Sales meetings and other tools.
Actively supports the Project Sales Managers with in-depth advice on positioning of the active prospects and projects. (price setting, stripped scope,.)
Contacts and visits customers together with the Sales Team at important moments in the sales cycle to assist in solving remaining issues and closing deals.
Ensures the closed deals are screened on risks and contracts are secured.

4. Deliver the needed TCS services
Plans in the work and maintains and overview of the workload of the TCS, sets priorities and creates capacity and efficiency of the TCS team so all tasks are timely executed.
Organized the team so the proposed solution to the customer is sound.
Organizes the team so cost estimations are as realistic as possible.
Qualification and Requirements:
Educational Qualification: B.E/ (Mechanical) or Electrical
Work Experience: 15 years in relevant industry and profile.
Competence to derive the solution & conviction to drive initiatives
Knowledge about boilers, EPC Projects
