Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales Marketing, based in Delhi, India. The individual will oversee sales strategies and marketing initiatives, manage key accounts, drive team performance, and develop innovative approaches to maximize revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing plans to meet sales targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through relationship management and account growth. Collaborating with other teams to align the sales and marketing efforts with the company's vision and goals is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and sales data for strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in Team Management to guide, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in the luxury or jewelry industry is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
