Position: Head of Sales – Private Aviation

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Compensation: Up to ₹35 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time, Mon - Sat 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Role Description | Head of Sales – Private Aviation Charter Service

A leading player in the private aviation space is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead its commercial function. This role involves driving strategic revenue growth, managing elite client relationships, and scaling a high-performance sales team within a premium charter brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Revenue Growth: Design and execute sales strategies to capture market share in the rapidly expanding private aviation sector.
  • UHNW / Corporate Acquisition: Build and leverage a strong network of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), senior corporate leaders, and institutional clients.
  • Team Scaling & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing brokers, fostering an entrepreneurial culture to manage end-to-end charter lifecycles.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with dispatch and flight operations teams to ensure seamless execution of time-sensitive, high-value itineraries.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving market dynamics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:12–15 years in high-value sales, with demonstrated success as an expert in luxury sales (such as private aviation, luxury travel, or premium services).
  • Executive Presence: Highly presentable with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with top-tier clientele.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing high-pressure, time-sensitive transactions with absolute discretion.
  • Network: Strong existing portfolio of HNI/UHNI and corporate clients is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of private jet operations, aircraft types, charter processes, and aviation regulations is an added advantage.
  • Location Requirement: Based in or willing to work from Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
