Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to build, scale, and manage Luxstone's national distribution network. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through structured channel expansion, project sales, and strong architect/contractor engagement.

This role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and strong industry relationships.

Qualifications

1. Distribution Network Development

Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across key Indian markets

Design and implement territory mapping and channel strategy

Drive primary and secondary sales growth

Ensure distributor profitability and performance

2. Channel & Dealer Management

Develop margin structures, schemes, and incentive programs

Monitor sales targets and collections

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners

3. Project & Institutional Sales

Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers

Secure large residential and commercial projects

Position Luxstone as a premium architectural solution

4. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop annual and quarterly sales plans

Set sales targets by region and channel

Build a structured reporting and review system

Lead market expansion into Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities

5. Team Building

Recruit and manage regional sales managers

Train team on product knowledge and premium positioning

Drive performance culture and accountability
