Position Sales Head
The Sales Head will play a key role in driving the sales of high-end luxury Real Estate projects.
This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong, trust-based, and
long-term relationships with premier customers.
Location: New Delhi, Gurugram
Experience Required: 10 - 20 years
Industry - Real Estate
Education Graduate/B. E/MBA
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Client Relationship Management
Sell high-end luxury Real Estate projects
Establish and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
Networking and Channel Partner Management
Engage with major Channel Partners, International Property Consultants (IPCs), wealth
managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential clients.
Identify and on-board new channel partners.
Develop strong connections with key decision-makers within target client segments.
Achievement of Sales Targets
Deliver sales numbers as per the business plan, focusing on both sourcing and closing
deals.
Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets throughout the year.
Sales Strategy and Business Development
Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive growth and reach new business
milestones.
Identify emerging business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base.
Product Knowledge and Strategic Planning
Develop an in-depth understanding of product offerings and tailor services to meet
client needs.
Prepare and execute strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and sales
performance.
Client Acquisition and Sales Presentations
Proactively acquire all segment clients that includes HNI and Ultra HNI clients,
delivering impactful sales presentations.
Present luxury projects to all segment clients, effectively showcasing value.
Corporate and HNI Client Investment Acquisition
Target large corporate and HNI clients to encourage investment in company projects.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales, specifically in luxury real estate.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with an established client network.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of market trends in luxury real estate
