Job Title: Head of Sales – IT Staffing Sales (US Market)

Location: 6th Phase KPHB, Hyderabad

Shift: Night Shift (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned US IT Staffing Sales Leader (20+ years) to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) focused on lead generation and pipeline creation. The role requires working in night shifts (US time zones) and owning end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales strategy for Staffing business
  • Lead and manage a team of BDAs (lead generation / inside sales team)
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn)
  • Convert leads into direct clients / MSP / VMS accounts
  • Own revenue targets, closures, and account growth
  • Mentor BDAs on pitching, prospecting, and client engagement
  • Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams for successful fulfilment
  • Handle MSA/SOW negotiations and pricing strategies
  • Track and improve conversion ratios, pipeline health, and team productivity

Required Skills

  • 20+ years experience in US IT Staffing Sales
  • Strong experience managing BDA / SDR / Inside Sales teams
  • Proven track record in client acquisition & revenue generation
  • Deep understanding of lead generation funnels & outbound sales
  • Expertise in MSP, VMS, Direct Client acquisition
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in scaling staffing business / setting up new regions
  • Exposure to digital hiring trends, niche skills hiring (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
  • Background in Tier-1 staffing firms / large consulting organizations
