Join us on a transformation journey as our Head of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning

Head of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) is responsible for leading the integrated planning process that aligns customer demand, supplier capacity, inventory strategy, and operational execution for the Service Business Line. The role ensures that customer requirements are fulfilled through effective coordination between Sales, SLM, CRR, Procurement, Operations, Order execution and Logistics, enabling predictable delivery, optimized inventory levels, and improved supply reliability.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the end-to-end SIOP framework for the SBL Organization
  • Define the planning cadence, governance structure, and cross-functional participation for SIOP cycles.
  • Consolidate customer demand signals from sales pipeline, order backlog, and forecast inputs.
  • Drive collaborative planning with key customers to ensure sustainable fulfillment with optimized inventory
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital efficiency and supply reliability.

What You Bring

You have a proven track-record in managing supply chain planning in an industrial company. You have strong functional knowledge, as well as the leadership skills to drive high performing teams. To succeed in this role you have:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in supply and inventory planning or supply chain management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • High sense of urgency and accountability
