Evimeria Enterprise is seeking a Head of Saleswho will own end-to-end revenue growth and play a pivotal role in shaping Dew Products overall business strategy. This is a hands-on leadership rolerequiring strong execution capabilities today and CEO-level thinking for the near future.
The ideal candidate is a hunter, builder, and operator someone who can scale sales, build teams, influence cross-functional execution, and gradually take ownership of broader business outcomes including profitability, operations, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own overall sales strategy, execution, and revenue outcomesacross channels.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition, expansion, and repeat business.
- Build scalable revenue models aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Ensure predictable revenue growth through strong pipeline management and forecasting.
Sales Leadership & Team Building
- Build, hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- Define sales structures, territories, targets, and incentive plans.
- Establish a strong performance-driven culturewith clear accountability.
- Coach leaders and individual contributors to consistently exceed targets.
Strategic Business Leadership
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Founder/Board, contributing to company-wide decisions.
- Translate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into business strategy.
- Take ownership of go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and growth prioritization.
- Prepare to gradually assume broader leadership responsibilitiesbeyond sales.
Cross-Functional Ownership
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure execution alignment.
- Influence product roadmap based on customer demand and market trends.
- Support operational efficiency and margin improvement initiatives.
Acting CEO Readiness (Future Scope)
- Demonstrate ownership mindset across P&L, people, and process.
- Step in as Acting CEOduring leadership transitions or expansion phases, as required.
- Represent Dew Products with customers, partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive execution with limited oversight while maintaining strategic clarity.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- 1218 years of experiencein Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership.
- Proven success in scaling revenue and building teamsin growth-stage companies.
- Strong experience in consumer products, B2C, B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses(industry flexibility for the right leader).
- Demonstrated ability to operate with founder-level ownership and accountability.
- Experience working closely with founders, boards, or senior leadership teams.
- Exposure to P&L ownership, business operations, or general managementis a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent leadership experience is a plus.
