Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role located in Nagpur for a Sales Head Intern at Ensis Innovations Private Limited. The Sales Head Intern will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client accounts, and identify opportunities for business growth. The role involves building and managing a sales team, conducting market research, and overseeing day-to-day sales activities to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 2nd or 3rd Year pursuing Graduation.
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management to build and nurture client relationships effectively
  • Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and optimizing sales strategies
  • Team Management experience to lead, motivate, and coordinate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience or internships in sales or account management is a plus
