Role ObjectiveOwn revenue, pipeline, and sales discipline. Build a predictable sales engine.
Key Responsibilities- Own monthly revenue & collection targets
- Manage BDE(s), Account Manager & interns
- Enforce HubSpot CRM discipline
- Approve pricing, proposals & discounts
- Forecast revenue weekly
- Conduct weekly sales reviews
- Work with founder on high-value closures
KPIs- Monthly revenue achieved
- Collection efficiency (%)
- Pipeline health (next 30/60 days)
- Team productivity
Must Have- Proven closure experience
- Numbers-driven mindset
- Experience selling services (IT / marketing / agency)
Not Responsible For- Daily cold calling
- Routine payment follow-ups
