Position : Business Development Manager & Senior Sales Head / Closure

Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, result-driven Sales Closer / Business Development Manager who will be
responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, closing ERP deals, and contributing to the growth of
Svayam ERP.
The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from demo to deal closure, support the
appointment setter team in lead conversion, and actively participate in business development
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by the management.
Convert qualified leads into customers through effective demonstrations and consultative
selling.
Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize commercial agreements with clients.
Product Demonstrations
Conduct online and in-person ERP product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Understand client business processes and operational challenges.
Demonstrate how Svayam ERP can help automate and streamline their operations.
Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and industry contacts.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Support marketing initiatives for lead generation and brand visibility.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Guide and mentor Sales Appointment Setters to improve lead quality and appointment
conversions.
Provide feedback to the team on sales strategies and customer requirements.
Coordinate with implementation and technical teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.Sales Process Management
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and deal tracking system.
Monitor sales performance metrics such as lead-to-demo ratio and demo -to-sale conversion.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Travel & Client Engagement
Willingness to travel for outstation client meetings, product demonstrations, and deal
closures.
Conduct on-site ERP demos and business discussions at client locations when required.
Represent Svayam ERP professionally during client meetings and negotiations.
Generic Responsibilities
Maintain daily follow-ups with potential customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.
Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
Support management in improving sales processes and customer experience.
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand business operations such as inventory, and sales processes.
Experience in B2B software, ERP, or SaaS sales preferred.
Ability to handle multiple client discussions and close deals effectively.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Experience
48 years of experience in sales, preferably in ERP, software, or SaaS solutions.
