Role: Head of Sales

Location: Bengaluru, India

Work mode: Full-time, in-office

About the Role

ContraVault AI is looking for a Head of Sales to lead enterprise revenue growth across India and the US market. This role is suited for a senior SaaS sales leader who has built and managed sales teams, owned enterprise targets, sold into complex accounts, and can create a repeatable sales engine for a high-growth AI product.

The Head of Sales will work closely with the to define sales strategy, build pipeline discipline, manage the team, improve conversion across enterprise opportunities, and help ContraVault AI scale revenue across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue targets across India and US market opportunities.
  • Build, lead, coach, and manage a high-performing SaaS sales team across SDR, AE, and enterprise sales motions.
  • Create a structured enterprise sales process covering prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, closure, and expansion.
  • Work closely with founders on GTM strategy, pricing inputs, ICP refinement, sales forecasting, and key account strategy.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for outbound, partner-led, and enterprise sales motions.
  • Manage large and complex sales cycles involving CXOs, business heads, tendering teams, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
  • Improve pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance reporting.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall sales experience, with strong exposure to SaaS sales.
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success selling to or working in the US market.
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise or mid-market SaaS deals.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, CRM discipline, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and target ownership.
  • Comfort operating in a founder-led, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile

  • Prior exposure to India and US enterprise sales motions.
  • Ability to build both strategy and execution cadence from the ground up.
  • Strong team leadership with a hands-on approach to coaching, deal reviews, and customer conversations.
