We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Dubai real estate sales operations & team from Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless coordination with developers, clients, and partners in the Dubai property market.
This role requires experience & deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven record of achieving sales and closing targets in high-value transactions.

Requirements
1012 years of experience in real estate sales, including leadership or managerial roles.
Proven experience in the Dubai property market is mandatory.
Currently based in Mumbai with readiness to travel if required.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Strong client management, negotiation, and closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.) and RERA guidelines.
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, presentation, and reporting abilities.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented professional.
