Role Description

The Head of Sales will lead and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and client acquisition. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing a high-performing sales team, building relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new opportunities, and monitoring sales metrics to align with company objectives. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote working arrangements.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in Team Management, including recruiting, training, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends, measure performance, and create data-driven strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the construction or technology industry is an advantage.
