Job Title: Sales Head Real Estate

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and manage the complete sales function of our real estate business. The role involves driving revenue, managing sales teams, handling channel partners, and executing sales strategies in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales team (inside sales, field sales, channel partners).
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Handle project sales (residential/commercial/plots as applicable).
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPs, and key clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management/CEO.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for lead conversion and closures.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure discipline, compliance, and professionalism within the sales team.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
710 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Strong leadership and team-handling capability.
Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
Experience in handling high-ticket deals and large teams.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
