Job Description

Responsibilities

The Head of Sales-B2B will be responsible for:

  • Leading the B2B sales strategy for Airport services, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Airport services sector
  • Identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic digital partnerships to enhance service offerings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
  • Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends and competitive activities
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals

Certification Required

  • Professional certifications in Sales and Account Management are preferred.
