Responsibilities
The Head of Sales-B2B will be responsible for:
- Leading the B2B sales strategy for Airport services, driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Airport services sector
- Identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic digital partnerships to enhance service offerings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Providing strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends and competitive activities
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account management
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals
Certification Required
- Professional certifications in Sales and Account Management are preferred.
