Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales
to lead our business development efforts for the Australian market
. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client acquisition, and building strong relationships with Australian CPA firms and SMEs.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for scaling the client base, managing sales teams, and meeting revenue growth targets
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Australian accounting outsourcing market
- Identify and build relationships with CPA firms, accounting practices, and SMEs in Australia
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns for client acquisition
- Maintain strong knowledge of Australian accounting practices, compliance, and outsourcing benefits
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- 8-12 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in outsourcing/KPO/BPO/accounting services)
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth in international markets
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting ecosystem and outsourcing trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
