About the Company

Well reputed Global MNC Client . Will be taking care of the Entire Karnataka Region

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Strategy Define and implement aggressive growth strategies for the Bangalore branch; achieve Karnataka order intake targets across all product segments.
  • Sales & Market Development Drive business expansion through customer acquisition, dealer appointments, and market penetration; independently manage customer meetings, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the sales, service, and accounts team; set yearly targets, monitor performance, and ensure ongoing training, development, and engagement.
  • Customer & Dealer Management Build strong customer and dealer relationships; oversee performance agreements (MOUs), resolve order execution issues, and manage warranty and service complaints.
  • Commercial & Financial Management Handle commercial terms, tendering, and contract processes; ensure timely payment collection, recovery and adherence to company financial policies.
  • Operations & Compliance Manage branch operations including forecasting, reporting (MIS), inventory/warehouse activities, and ensure compliance with ISO processes, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with Head Office and product specialists for pre- and post-order activities such as pricing, new product development, delivery, and strategic initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking Conduct market studies, gather competitor insights, and recommend strategic actions to increase market share in Karnataka.
  • Governance & Policy Adherence Ensure all company guidelines, contractor order approvals, and process controls are strictly followed.

About the Role

Should be an Engineer / MBA with 16-24 years of Experience in Selling Pumps, Valves, and Mechanical Seals to all Industries like Energy, Water Treatment, Oil & Gas, Agriculture Etc.

  • Engineer / MBA
  • 18-25 years of Experience

Required Skills

  • Experience in Selling Rotating Equipment Like compressors, Turbines,Pumps, Valves, and Mechanical Seals
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Energy, Water Treatment, Oil & Gas, Agriculture industries
  • Knowledge of ISO processes and compliance
