Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include leading sales initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, overseeing account management processes, and analyzing market trends to drive informed decision-making. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive the company's growth in both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and driving revenue growth
  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills to mentor and guide sales teams effectively
  • Account Management experience with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and business performance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the agricultural commodities sector or similar industries is a must
