Company Description

A leading international bank in Singapore is looking for a Head of Risk Management to join their team. This senior role will oversee the branch's risk governance framework, ensuring compliance, managing risk reporting, and providing advisory support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead credit portfolio management & reporting (internal and regulatory)
• Oversee climate risk management reporting in line with regulatory requirements
• Review and ensure accuracy of regulatory submissions
• Maintain and update internal risk policies and frameworks
• Supervise operational risk functions, including outsourcing, self-assessments, related-party transactions, BCM, and BIA exercises
• Provide risk advisory support to branch staff, regulators, auditors, and Head Office

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years experience in banking risk management, including credit portfolio, operational risk, and climate risk
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's regulatory frameworks
• Market risk management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
