Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence & Standardization: o Implement operational processes for consistency across franchises. o Partner with retail operations to create and enforce SOPs. o Work with HR and training teams to ensure store staff are well-trained.
2. Revenue Growth & Profitability: o Set and monitor sales targets for franchises, providing strategic guidance. o Work with merchandising teams on pricing, promotions, and strategies to optimize profitability. o Regularly review franchisee P&Ls and take corrective action when necessary.
3. Franchisee Relationship Management: o Serve as the main contact for franchisee-related issues. o Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and resolve any challenges. o Gather feedback to improve the franchise model and processes. o Key Metrics: Sales growth rate per franchise. Profit margin per franchise. o
4. Brand Consistency & Compliance: o Ensure brand integrity and image are maintained across all franchise locations. o Conduct regular audits for compliance with brand standards, merchandising, and marketing strategies. o Align franchisees with national campaigns and promotions.
5. Sales & Revenue Management: Drive sales initiatives to meet monthly and annual revenue targets. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure effective management of store profitability.
