About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Head to lead and scale our retail business across Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium to luxury fashion or lifestyle retail, with proven expertise in managing multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail operations across multiple EBOs in Gurugram
- Drive store performance, revenue growth, and profitability
- Develop and implement retail SOPs aligned with premium/luxury brand standards
- Ensure superior in-store customer experience and brand storytelling
- Monitor and optimize key retail KPIs: sales productivity, conversion, ATV, footfall, etc.
- Manage store teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and retention
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless operations
- Oversee visual merchandising execution to maintain luxury brand aesthetics
- Ensure compliance with operational, audit, and inventory controls
- Identify expansion opportunities and support new store launches
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of experience in premium to luxury retail (fashion/lifestyle/home décor)
- Proven experience in managing multiple EBOs (cluster/region level)
- Strong exposure to the Gurugram retail market
- Demonstrated success in driving high-value retail sales and customer engagement
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent understanding of luxury customer behavior and service excellence
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands transitioning into lifestyle or home décor is highly desirable
- Exposure to high street and mall-based retail formats
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
