Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience: Min 10–15 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands

Job Responsibilities:

> He will be responsible for leading Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) operations

> Drive overall retail business performance across stores in the assigned region.

> Develop and execute retail sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

> Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to strengthen market positioning.

> Maintain premium brand image, VM standards, and store presentation.

> Strong experience in managing multi-store operations and large retail teams.

> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
