Head of Rehab Home function

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to rehabilitation homes

Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and rehabilitation frameworks

Supervise and mentor rehabilitation home managers, social workers, and care staff

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all rehabilitation facilities

Design, implement, and monitor rehabilitation programs focused on social reintegration

Ensure individualized care plans for residents

Promote skill development, education, and livelihood programs

Monitor outcomes and continuously improve rehabilitation services

Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal frameworks, and statutory requirements

Maintain proper documentation, case records, and audit readiness

Coordinate with government departments, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies

Liaise with NGOs, government officials, donors, and community organizations

Represent the organization in reviews, inspections, and external meetings

Strengthen partnerships for rehabilitation, placement, and community integration

Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management

Monitor budgets, utilization of funds, and resource allocation

Track KPIs and impact metrics for rehabilitation homes

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW Community Development)

810 years of relevant experience in rehabilitation, social services, or institutional care

Proven experience in managing teams and multi-location operations

Strong understanding of rehabilitation models, community development, and welfare laws
