About the Role
We are hiring for a Head – Talent Acquisition role with the Management Consulting arm of a leading global technology and consulting firm.
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for building and scaling talent capabilities across strategy, transformation, and digital/analytics consulting. The role will partner closely with consulting leadership to drive leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and workforce strategy aligned to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for the consulting business.
- Drive leadership and niche hiring (Senior Consultants to Partner/Practice Head level).
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Build strong pipelines across consulting and digital talent pools.
- Act as a trusted advisor on market intelligence, compensation, and hiring trends.
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing TA team.
- Establish metrics, governance, and data-driven hiring practices.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring and niche lateral hiring.
- Strong exposure to consulting / professional services / high-end hiring environments.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Experience in digital / analytics hiring is a plus.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
