As our platform grows across multiple devices and enterprise deployments, we are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance to lead the QA organization and ensure the highest standards of product reliability, performance, and platform stability.

Role Overview

The Head of QA will lead and scale Revidd's quality assurance function across our multi-platform OTT ecosystem including web applications, mobile apps, and connected TV platforms. This role requires strong leadership, automation expertise, and a programmatic mindset to design scalable testing frameworks for complex distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the overall QA strategy and quality framework across the organization

Lead QA teams responsible for web, mobile, and connected TV platform testing

Establish quality standards, testing frameworks, and release validation processes

Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams

Design and oversee functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing

Ensure structured defect tracking and resolution workflows.

QA Automation & Tooling

Design and implement automation-first testing frameworks

Build automated testing pipelines using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium

Implement performance and load testing using tools such as K6 and JMeter

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation

Programmatic QA Approach

Develop automated validation systems for APIs and backend workflows Implement continuous testing pipelines integrated with deployment systems Build automated monitoring and validation for platform behavior AI-driven Quality Assurance Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency Implement automated regression analysis and defect prediction Use intelligent test generation to improve testing effectiveness Platforms Covered Web applications and OTT storefront platforms Android and iOS mobile applications Connected TV apps including Android TV, Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, Samsung, and LG Backend APIs and distributed platform services Video streaming workflows and delivery infrastructure

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance

Experience leading QA teams for complex software products

Strong expertise in test planning, automation frameworks, and release validation

Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

Experience working with OTT platforms or streaming systems

Experience testing web, mobile, and connected TV applications

Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, K6, or JMeter

CI/CD integrated QA pipelines Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools

Understanding of large-scale distributed systems
