Job Summary

The Programming Head is responsible for leading the creative and strategic direction of the radio station, delivering engaging, audience-focused content while strengthening brand leadership and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the station's programming strategy and creative vision.
• Oversee show planning, content curation, and on-air promotions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop RJs, producers, and programming teams.
• Ensure high-quality on-air content across live and recorded programming.
• Analyse audience insights, ratings, and market trends to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on branded content, promotions, and campaigns.
• Integrate digital platforms and live events to extend audience reach.
• Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and internal standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience in radio, television, or media programming.
• Strong understanding of content creation, audience behaviour and market trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
