About Role

Zenergize is seeking a highly experienced and driven Head of Production to lead and scale our end-to-end electronics manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, quality, and efficiency across our EV charger and solar inverter production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end electronics production, from planning to final delivery

• Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency

• Drive production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation

• Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain high product standards

• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and procurement teams for seamless execution

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing production teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing/production

• Graduated from a Tier-1 Engineering college

• Proven experience managing end-to-end production operations

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain integration

• Experience in EV, power electronics, or renewable energy domains is a strong plus

• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and scale teams

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
