Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Product Leader to head our Product Management teams across IoT and Customer Experience functions within the Electric Vehicle (EV) ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role driving the development of connected vehicle technologies and customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring a seamless and intelligent EV journey from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Product Managers across IoT (e.g., vehicle telematics, connectivity, charging infrastructure) and Customer Experience (e.g., mobile apps, in-car interfaces, service touchpoints).
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps that align with our EV platform goals and user experience vision.
  • Oversee the development and integration of connected vehicle features, ensuring real-time data insights, diagnostics, and OTA capabilities.
  • Drive digital experiences that enhance the ownership lifecycle from onboarding and driving to charging and servicing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Customer Support, Marketing, and OEM/partner teams.
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, and analytics to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
  • Champion a user-centric, data-informed product culture while ensuring high performance across teams.
  • Present product vision, progress, and business impact to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in IoT product development and customer experience in the EV, automotive, or mobility sectors.
  • Experience with connected vehicle platforms, telematics, cloud-based IoT systems, and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of the EV customer journey, including charging, range anxiety, remote vehicle monitoring, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EV charging infrastructure (AC/DC, public/private networks).
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, or CAN protocols.
  • Background in agile development, user research, and digital product analytics.
