The Role
We need a Head of Product who has built and shipped products at a product-led organization — someone who owns the vision, drives the roadmap, with high autonomy. You'll work directly with the CEO, Engineering Head, Marketing, and BD to shape what Reach builds and how it drives revenue. We want someone who thinks AI-first — the next generation of product management at Reach will be AI-native.
What You'll Do
* Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals
* Bring an AI-native mindset — use AI for customer insights, prioritization, and product intelligence
* Partner with Marketing and BD to align the roadmap with revenue targets and market expansion
* Drive product-led growth — identify levers that impact acquisition, conversion, and retention
* Shape product positioning, packaging, and pricing; support sales with compelling narratives
* Set priorities, remove blockers, create space for great work
* Build a culture of ownership and curiosity; recruit strong talent as the company scales
* Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Design, Marketing, BD, CS, and Leadership
* Represent the voice of the customer — turn feedback into actionable product insight
What You Bring
* 10-12 years in product management at a product-led SaaS or platform company, with PM leadership experience
* Experience leading product at a product organization — shaping what gets built and why, not just managing tickets
* Strong understanding of AI and its application to modern product management
* Track record of working with Marketing and BD to drive revenue through product decisions
* Domain experience in telecom, connectivity, or adjacent SaaS verticals

Qualifications
* Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or equivalent plus MBA from Tier 1 B-School
* Hands-on experience with AI tools in a product context
* Strong documentation skills — PRDs, user flows, business cases, competitive briefs
