The role is not a traditional downstream design function; it's a high impact growth role. This role will be owning and scaling user experience practice, across client engagements and internal products. The success of this role is not defined by screens shipped or design quality alone. Instead, the role exists to define and redefine how UX built, owned, scaled, and measured by business impact of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Scaling UX Practice:

  • Own end-to-end UX across client mandates and internal products, from discovery to post-launch optimization
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, strategists, and UX engineers
  • Co-own the UX personalization strategy by working closely with data, engineering, and Martech teams
  • Embed measurement, experimentation, and continuous learning into UX workflows
  • Set clear goals, performance benchmarks, and growth paths for the UX function

Leadership & People Growth

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, strategists, and UX engineers
  • Maintain high standards of quality, speed, and accountability across all UX work
  • Refine the design processes, methods, and best practices
  • Manage multiple complex UX initiatives in parallel while meeting timelines and quality expectations

Strategic Client Interactions

  • Act as the primary UX lead for key client engagements, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Translate complex UX concepts into clear narratives for CXOs and stakeholders
  • Lead discovery sessions, user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder workshops
  • Partner with leadership to support new business opportunities and growth initiatives

Ownership & Delivery

  • Take complete ownership of design deliverables, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final delivery.
  • Ensure all work adheres to established brand guidelines, UX best practices, responsive design standards and redefine them if needed.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in product/UX design, with at least 3+ years in a role managing senior designers and complex projects.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architecting user-centered solutions for digital experiences
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering, data, and Martech teams to translate insights into scalable UX decisions
  • Ability to interpret analytical data, translate insights into user intent signals, and use them to drive UX strategy, optimization, and personalization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard design software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present concepts persuasively to clients

Application Process

  • Application via Google Form: Complete the required fields, including your LinkedIn profile and Proof of Work.
  • Technical Round (45 mins): Comprehensive assessment of technical expertise, design strategy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership Round (45 mins): Strategic discussion regarding managerial vision, leadership capabilities, and growth plans.
  • Selection: Offer rollout and negotiation upon successful completion of rounds.

If you're excited about shaping the next evolution of UX and customer experiences, not just managing design delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
