Job Summary: The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale fitness operations, driving planning efficiency, optimizing utilization, and ensuring seamless center performance. The individual will be responsible for operational metrics, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution:

Lead end-to-end operational planning for Cult centers (utilization, coverage, adherence).

Develop and implement frameworks for manpower planning, scheduling, and process efficiency.

Track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.

Process Excellence:

Drive process improvement initiatives across centers focusing on quality, adherence, and consistency.

Design and implement SOPs for operational workflows and escalations.

Own key metrics such as utilization, adherence, coverage, cancellations, escalations, and injury rates.

Automation & Tech Enablement:

Partner with tech teams to automate planning and reporting processes.

Drive data standardization, dashboarding, and real-time tracking systems.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor large operational teams.

Act as the face of the team with internal and external stakeholders.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions proactively.

Collaborate with design, product, and business teams for process enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 6+ years overall with minimum 3 years in Planning, Operations Design, or Process Excellence.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, planning metrics, and logical problem-solving.

Excellent command over Excel / Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Tech orientation with exposure to automation tools, dashboards, or workflow optimization.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Educational Qualification: Tier-1 MBA / Engg preferred (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.)

Good to have : Lean Six Sigma, PMP and alike certifications
