Head of Performance Marketing. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and has a proven track record of scaling performance campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google
- Drive customer acquisition, ROI, and revenue growth through data-backed decisions
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated with market trends, tools, and platform changes
What We're Looking For
- 810 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Proven experience in D2C / e-commerce (preferably apparel) brands
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and delivering performance-driven outcomes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
