Job Title : Head of Performance Marketing

Location: (on-site) Noida, Uttar Pradesh | Full time

Work Experience : 5+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Preferred

Salary Range : upto 20 LPA (negotiable based on relevant skills and expereince)

About The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, digitally driven consumer brand in the apparel/e-commerce space that is looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Develop & Execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta, google
  • Create and optimize ad copy to ensure relevance and quality score improvements.
  • Plan landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR (click- through rate), CPC (click per cost), CPA (click per acquisition), and ROI.
  • Generate detailed reports to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, clarity and first party attribution tools to assess traffic quality and campaign impact.
  • Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns.
  • Ensure budget optimization to achieve maximum results within the allocated spend.
  • Bid & Budget Optimisation
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Perform regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Identify and capitalize on industry trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Meta & Google Ads certification required.
  • Proven experience of minimum 4-5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns and other PPC platforms, preferably in brand (Apparel Industry) .
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, clarity, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
