Role: Partnerships Head
We are looking for a Partnerships Head to join our founding team. We are the fastest-growing medical tourism company in the world, operating across 280+ internationally accredited hospitals in 10+ countries. Our hospital network is our core. Every patient we serve, every country we expand into, every procedure we offer it all starts with the right hospital partner. And right now, we need someone to own that end-to-end, and build the team that scales it.
This role is for someone who's already done the deal-making, knows what good looks like, and is ready to step into a function they'll define from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global hospital partnership strategy identify high-priority geographies, specialties, and partner archetypes that unlock the most patient volume
- Lead senior-level relationship building with hospital CEOs, COOs, international patient department heads, and medical directors across target markets
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations end-to-end: pricing structures, commission models, SLAs, exclusivity terms, and MoU execution
- Build and manage a team of Partnership Associates set their targets, coach their deal-making, and hold them accountable to outcomes
- Establish and own the partner onboarding framework: documentation, operational briefings, quality checks, and go-live protocols
- Develop a systematic approach to partner performance management track revenue, patient outcomes, escalation patterns, and flag churn risk early
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and tech to ensure the partner network supports our quality, compliance, and growth standards
- Report directly to the founding team with a live pipeline view, deal velocity metrics, and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances ideally in healthcare, medtech, or a high-growth B2B context
- Proven track record of closing institutional or enterprise deals, not just sourcing leads
- Strong people manager you've led a small team and know how to build one from scratch
- Structured negotiator who knows what to push on, what to concede, and how to walk away when needed
- High ownership mentality: you set the agenda, you don't wait for one
- Comfortable operating without a playbook and good at writing one for others
- Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings, onboarding, and relationship management
