Why this role existsAonxi sells to US B2B owners and operators. Email is a primary channel for generating qualified conversations at scale.
We need someone who has done this before: built lists, set up infrastructure, protected deliverability, ran high-volume campaigns, and produced meetings - not vanity metrics.
What success means (non-negotiable)- You can launch a working outbound system in days, not months.
- You protect domain reputation and inbox placement like it's a production system.
- You run experiments with discipline: hypothesis → test → measure → iterate.
- You generate qualified meetings with US decision-makers.
Outcomes you will own (30/60/90)First 7 days
- Deliverability setup complete (domains, DNS, tracking hygiene, sending plan)
- Tools connected (Clay/Apollo/Lusha + Instantly/Smartlead + enrichment + CRM)
- Initial ICP list built + verified + segmented
- First campaigns live with A/B tests and a clear reporting dashboard
30 days
- Consistent inbox placement across mailboxes
- 3–5 ICP segments running with tailored messaging
- Predictable meeting flow starting (quality matters more than volume)
- A repeatable SOP for list building, copy, QA, and weekly optimization
60–90 days
- Scaled volume without killing deliverability
- A stable pipeline machine: segmented lists + rotating offers + testing calendar
- Documented playbooks so the system runs even when you're not online
Responsibilities (what you'll do)Infrastructure + Deliverability
- Set up and manage domains/mailboxes, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), tracking best practices
- Warm-up strategy, sending ramps, throttling, and health monitoring
- Bounce control, blacklist monitoring, reputation protection, seed testing (if used)
Data + List Building
- Build ICP lists using Clay/Apollo/Lusha/ZoomInfo (we use what works)
- Enrichment, validation, dedupe, filtering, intent/firmographic segmentation
- Maintain clean data pipelines and suppression lists
Campaign Execution
- Write and iterate cold email sequences (first-line personalization + relevance)
- Run multivariate tests (subject, offer, CTA, personalization depth, angles)
- Scale winners, kill losers fast
- Coordinate with LinkedIn touchpoints (connect + comment + DM) as part of sequences
Measurement
- Track real KPIs: reply rate quality, positive replies, booked meetings, show rates
- Weekly reporting with learning summary: what we tested, what won, what died, what's next
Must-have experience (do not apply without this)- Proven record sending thousands of outbound emails to US B2B decision-makers
- Strong deliverability experience (you know how and why inbox placement dies)
- Hands-on with tools like Instantly or Smartlead, and Clay/Apollo
- You can explain your system clearly and show proof (screenshots, dashboards, case studies)
- You operate fast, with a plan, and you don't need hand-holding
- n8n / Zapier automation for enrichment → send → CRM logging
- Experience selling/booking meetings for: agencies, SaaS, B2B services, performance marketing
- Experience building multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn + calls/SMS)
KPIs (how we judge performance)- Inbox placement health + bounce rate control
- Positive reply rate (not just replies)
- Meetings booked per week
- Meeting quality (are they true ICP decision-makers)
- Speed of iteration (how quickly weak angles get replaced)
